Gurung mainly live in the area of Mardi Himal, Lankdruk and Ghandru whereas Magar live in the area of Poon hill and Mardi Himal. You can charge the camera and mobile. If the solar and hot shower does not work, they hotel provides the hot water which you can use for shower but you have to pay extra money. The minimum threat of human activities in the environment has been prioritized in the ecotourism of Nepal. Therefore, the luxury and sophisticated hotel like the hotel available in the mountain of Alps is not allowed to build.
The Itinerary:

If you do Mardi Himal and Khopra trek, you don’t have to do Mardi Himal Trek, Khopra trek and Ghorepani Poon hill trek separately. If you have short time, you can do Mardi Himal Trek, Khopra r trek and Ghorepani Poon hill trek separately.
Necessary trekking equipment:
1. A good trekking boat, trouser, jumper, sweeter, woolen hat, glove, 4 pair shocks, Thermo pent, sun and cold cream, Sun-glass, simple crampons made of plastic and light mettle, trekking pole, water bottle,
2. A good down jacket, Gore-Tex jacket, trekking hat, head light, trekking bag.
3. A good sleeping bag that must be comfort for minimum-40
Advices to the trekker:
1. Avoid the hypothermia by wearing the warm clothes.
2. Maintains the dehydration by drinking at least five litters’ liquid items such as water, tea, Coca-Cola and soup.
3. Be safe from being frost bite.
4. Go slowly and consult immediately with the guide if any unusual system develops.
5. Go always with the group and respect the local culture.
6. Be careful while walking on the trail because the trail may be slippery.
7. Gratitude the staffs even if it is small.
8. Don’t packages the unnecessary things.
9. Don’t drink too much alcoholic items

First Aid advice:
1 You can have Diamox as prevention from being mountain sick. But it does not work if you take
Diamox after having altitude mountain sickness (AMS).
2 Consult with the guide and get some first aid medicines when you have health relating problems.
3 Descent by consulting with the guide if any worse symptoms of AMS develops.(HAPE and HACE) .

Trekking route: Trekking through the local village, ridge faced with White Mountain, canopy, deciduous, coniferous, up and down hill.
Duration: 17 days
Day 1: Departure for Nepal.
Day 2 Arrival Kathmandu & transfer to hotel.
Day 3 Trek to Australian camp
Early morning, we will fly to Pokhara and go to Kande by Jeep. Our trekking will begin from Kande. The trail goes up following the hilly-rough trial until we reach to Australian camp. Austrian camp is beautiful place from where you will see magnificent views of Himalaya. The film producers prefer this place for shooting the film and music video. Austrian camp is better place for view than Potana. So we will stay over night in Austrian camp. There is no long distance between Austrian camp and Potana.
Day 4 Austrian camp to Forest camp (2500m)
The trek gradually geos up through the forest. There is no any resident and tea shop in between Pitam Deurali and Forest Camp. Therefore, we will have to manage the enough drinking water in Pitam . Deurali. We will take lunch and dinner in Forest camp
Day 5 Forest camp to High camp (3580m).
The trek gradually geos up following the trekking trail made on the ridge. From this day, we will see more views of White Mountain to the North-west side and valley with the tier upon tier green hill to south-east. Today will be a bit long day.
Day 6 Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4450m) and stay in High camp
After having breakfast, we have to go for a day hike to the area of base camp of Mardi himal. We have to follow the rough trail of ridge. So, we all have to be careful while walking.
Day 7 High camp to Forest Camp (2500m).
The trek geos decent following the same trial which we followed to get the high camp.
Day 8 Forest Camp to Ghandruk (2100m).
The trek goes decent to Modi River via Langdruk village. And then trail goes up until we reach to Ghandruk village. From Ghandruk Village, we will see the towering Annapurna south, Fishtail and other mountains.
Day 9 Ghandruk to Tadapani (2600m).
Today is long day so that we have to start our trek early morning. The trek gradually geos up through the forest until we reach to Tadapani. There is one junction which is called Tadapani where will stay.
Tadapani to Dobato (3400m).
The trek gradually geos up through the forest until we reach to Dobato. We have to still walk up to Dobato for 4 hours. Dobato is located on the ridge of hill from where the mountain can be seen very closely.
Day 11 Dobato to Khopradada (3660m).
The trek slightly goes up to west direction to Khopra dada. The trail from Dobato to Kopradada is is a comparatively narrow and south side of trail looks a bit deep so that we have to be careful while walking. Khopradada is a ridge from where we will see the mountain very close. We will take launch in Khopradada. After having launch, you can go up for a short hike. We can see sunrise and sunset from Khopradada and from the area of Dobato.
Day 12 Khopradada to Ghorepani (2840m).
Today is also long day .The first of part of trek gradually goes up decent through the forest until we reach to Sitkyu. Then after it goes up to Ghorepani which is located on the ridges. This place is most preferred and demanded place of trekker because magnificent views of mountain can be seen from there. The most popular place of Ghorepani is called Poonhill which is popular for sunrise and stunning views. Poonhill is located at the altitude of 3210 m.
Day 13Ghorepani to Birethati and stay overnight
Day 14 Drive back to Pokhara.
Day 15 Sightseeing in Pokhara.
Day 16 In afternoon we will fly back to Kathmandu and stay in Kathmandu.
Day 17 Sightseeing in Kathmandu and in stay in Kathmandu.
Day 18 Depature from Kathmandu for Home .
Day 19 Reach Home .
