Abhishek is fully responsible for filed work. He  arranges the guide, porter and other needed staffs. His responsibility is also to take care and keep the track of the client from the date of arrival to departure. Likewise, he is also responsible for safety and security management. He, sometime, goes to trek with the client, at the end of trekking season.
